Madi

Madi is originally from Richmond, Virginia, having a passion for animals care for as long as she can remember. Raised in a home that regularly fostered a variety of animas-including dogs, cats, birds, chickens, rabbits, and even turtles-she developed a deep appreciation for the unique needs and personalities of all species. These early experiences laid the foundation for her lifelong dedication to animal welfare. After moving to the Pacific Northwest eight years ago, Madi quickly fell in love with the region's natural beauty and close-knit communities. She now proudly calls the valley her forever home. 

Madi joined the Salish Veterinary Hospital team in April of 2025, excited to embark on the next steps of her lifelong dream. Madi has a compassionate approach and an ability to make both pets and their people feel at ease. 

When she's not caring for animals at work, Madi enjoys spending time outdoors-especially skiing and climbing. Her favorite adventures are those she hares with her partner, Jacob, and their dog, Peppercorn (pictured). At home, she's also a proud cat mom to two beloved felines, Kimchi and Oolong, who offer warmth and comfort on the days Madi is not spending outside.
