Saying goodbye to a longtime companion is one of the most painful, yet important responsibilities of pet ownership. The doctors and staff work together with our clients to ensure their pet’s comfort and dignity.
We strive to honor your wishes and your pet’s memory. We offer counseling for quality of life and end of life concerns, as well as hospice and palliative care to ensure your pet’s final days are as comfortable as possible. Our services include in-hospital and at-home euthanasia. We offer care of remains through private or non-private cremation. Ashes can be saved in your choice of urn or scatter tube. An engraved plaque, clay paw print and hair clipping is also available.
You are able to download and complete our Euthanasia Consent Form at your convenience prior to your scheduled appointment.
