Cancellation, Contact, and Payment Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following policy.


24-Hour Notice

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


Cancellation and No-Show Fees

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $80.00 cancellation fee

No-Shows (missed appointments with no contact made):

1st occurrence: Emailed warning

2nd occurrence: A deposit will be required when booking future appointments. Deposit amounts depend on the type of exam:

  1. Annual/Wellness Exam: $80.00
  2. Same Day Exam: $125.00 
  3. Drop-off Exam: $155.00

3rd occurrence: Possible termination of the client-veterinary relationship. No further services will be provided.

Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If your appointment was made through our online scheduler, you may also reschedule or cancel using the confirmation email you received — up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that time you must call, text, or email us directly.


Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.


Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
