If you are interested in becoming a new client, please fill out the new client form. This form helps get you into our software quicker while ensuring all of the information is correct. Once we have received your form, please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to reach out to you to schedule an establishing care appointment with one of our doctors. Once we get your information into our data base, you can use the app (GreatPetCare) to book appointments anytime of the day. One your pet's medical information has been updated in our system you can use the app to view health reminders, manage prescriptions, access invoices and much more. What to Expect During an Establishing Care Appointment
Getting a new pet can be both exciting and stressful with the many questions you may have. Establishing that first connection with a trusted veterinarian is essential in great life-long care. For puppies and kittens, we recommend that you schedule an appointment with the for first 1 - 2 weeks of bringing them home. For adult animals, we recommend setting up an appointment as soon as possible. Getting your pet in for an establishing care appointment right away helps your veterinarian tract base line health or, for older pets, identify any underlying health problems in a quick and efficient manner.
What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?
Please bring:
• Previous medical records or vaccination history
• A list of medications your pet is currently taking
• A stool sample
• Ensure your pet is on a leash or in a secure carrier
How long does an appointment usually take?
Most appointments last about 30 minutes, depending on your pet’s needs and the reason for the visit.
