What are your hours?
Our clinic is open for appointments Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. If your pet is experiencing an emergency outside of these hours, please contact the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

Do you accept walk-ins?
No. We operate by appointment only to ensure each pet receives dedicated time with our medical team.

What types of animals do you treat?
We primarily treat dogs and cats. However, we also see pocket pets such as guinea pigs and rabbits for wellness visits and basic medical care.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Established clients in our system can book appointments online anytime using our app, Great Pet Care. If you are a new client wanting to establish care, please complete our new client form found here. If you are experiencing an urgent medical concern, please call our office directly at 425-292-0288.

Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes. We require 24-hour advanced notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may view our full cancellation policy here.

Can I refill my pet’s medication online?
Yes. Prescription refills can be requested through our app or by contacting our clinic. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.

Do you offer an online pharmacy?
Yes. Our online pharmacy allows you to order medications, flea/tick prevention, and prescription diets shipped directly to your home. Using our online pharmacy is the fastest way to have online prescriptions reviewed and approved as it syncs directly to your pet's medical record. Using other outside pharmacies requires additional record review and adds additional time for approvals.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Financing is available through Care Credit

Do you accept pet insurance?
We do not work directly with any pet insurance companies. Payment is made at the time of service, and we can provide you invoices or medical documentation needed for reimbursement.

How often should my pet see the veterinarian?
Most pets should have a wellness exam once per year. Senior pets or those with medical conditions may require more frequent visits.

What vaccines does my pet need?
Vaccines depend on your pet’s age, lifestyle, and risk factors. Core vaccines for dogs and cats are recommended for all pets, while others may be recommended based on exposure risk.

Why does my pet need an annual exam even if they seem healthy?
Pets age faster than humans and often hide signs of illness. Annual exams help detect health problems early when they are easier to treat.

What should I do if my pet is sick?
If your pet is showing signs such as vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, straining to urinate, or other unusual behavior, please contact our clinic to schedule an appointment.

When should I seek emergency care for my pet?
Seek immediate veterinary care if your pet has:
• Difficulty breathing
• Seizures
• Severe trauma or bleeding
• Ingestion of toxins
• Collapse or inability to stand

Do you perform surgeries?
Yes. We perform a wide array of surgeries from routine spays and neuters to advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures.

How do I prepare my pet for surgery?
Our surgical coordinator will reach out with specific instructions prior to your pets scheduled surgery day. You can review general pre-operative information on our website here
