Kris

Kris has dedicated her life to the veterinary field, bringing a wealth of knowledge, skill, and passion to the profession since 2001. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working alongside the founding team of Salish Veterinary at another clinic, where she developed close professional relationships and gained invaluable experience in various roles within the veterinary industry. With years of hands-on experience, Kris has worked tirelessly to enhance her expertise, from supporting medical procedures to providing compassionate care for animals, all while building a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable member of the veterinary community.

In the fall of 2022, Kris joined the team at Salish Veterinary Hospital, excited to reunite with familiar faces and contribute her extensive experience to the clinic's continued success. Her background in veterinary care, coupled with her deep commitment to animal welfare, made her an invaluable asset to the team. Kris is especially passionate about providing the highest quality care to every pet that walks in through the clinic's doors, drawing from her diverse experience to meet the unique needs of each animal she encounters. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kris is a devoted animal lover, particularly fond of small dogs, and has a special place in her heart for her two beloved pets. She shares a life with Ricky, a charming Chihuahua mix who brings both sass and affection to her home, and Winnie (pictured), a sweet and playful Standard Dachshund who has a lovable and kind personality. Both of these small creatures are not just pets but cherished members of Kris's family, and they provide her with endless joy and companionship.
