Mya

Mya joined the Salish Veterinary Hospital team in November of 2025. Although she has no prior experience in the animal industry, she is excited to get her foot in the door. Mya competed in gymnastics for 12 years before taking a step back to join fast past environment of veterinary medicine. Mya graduated from UW with a degree in physiology. She has aways had a love for animals, stemming from her childhood where she grew up around them. She currently has a Mini Australian Shepherd, Tres, and a rescue Australian Shepherd, Mina (pictured). In her free time, Mya likes to watch movies, enjoy a good meal and snowboard.
